Saw their groupon and called to make an appointment about 10 days before. Was given a time and a date. The day of I called because it was odd I didn't not receive a confirmation call/text, only to find out I was never scheduled in the first place at all!!! Receptionist was not helpful even when explaining what had happened. I was going to be a new customer for them but will not being booking an appointment there again!
My hair really needed help and Elaine got me to looking better than ever. Prices are a bit high, but in line with really great job Elaine did. Atmosphere is friendly and environment relaxing. I would recommend it for a good experience at a salon.
I went into Salon By The Sea for the 1st time, today and had a very good experience. My hair color was a bit problematic and I needed a cut badly. My hair looks very healthy now, nice cut and a good solution to blending my hair color to look much better than when I walked in. They make an effort to give you a spa experience, offering coffee, tea and lite snacks while you wait. They also seem to be on a first name basis with many women there which tells me they have a lot of regulars. There was a small miscommunication regarding the type of service I booked via Groupon but Tracy who cut and colored my hair was very accommodating and calm.
