Rude on the phone and pushy, pushy, pushy in store! Good thing I know what I need before I go in so I can be quick. Just called to ask about an online promotion to see if it was being honored in store, the girl (she didn't provide her name) said "Oh...I don't know about that. I haven't seen the email or website...and we're actually closed for the day.". Thanks for nothing???
Obviously, they don't know the first thing about customer service, especially the manager in the store. I will not be returning here.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in on a Thursday during my lunch. I was the only person in the store, yet I failed to get any help. Not to mention, there was a promotion running for PINK purchases that began 2 days before, which I spent $170.00 and yet, they did not offer me the promotion. I was rushing back to work, so I didn't realize at the time. When I went back with my receipt, and asked them about the promotion I wasn't offered, I was simply told, "oh well, sorry." Nothing was done to rectify their negligence and mistake.
